Jamie,

Thanks for your comments. I have a lot to learn about the Open Source
collaboration tools, and your comments are very helpful. Eitan and I
will have to work out the problem with differences in autotools files.
On line endings in tables: The code was written to accept either Unix or
DOS line endings. However, Unix line endings are preferred. This could
be a problem for people who author or revise tables in Windows, however.
