Yes I think that is odd the way outlook does that. If you go to tools,
options, on the preferences page, enter on email options then the advanced
button.
Tab and make sure suggest names when completing the to cc or bcc field
checkbox is checked.
But still the first time you go to send a message to someone in your
contacts, it won't autocomplete. But the next time it will.
I guess just a quirk with outlook, I'm not sure if that was by design or
accident by Microsoft!

I don't know if you can. not that I'm aware of. though, after awhile outlook
will remmeber names if you enter them a lot.

In OE i can type 1 letter for example in the To: field and it will auto
finish for me people on my address book automatically starting with letters
I type that are in my address book, the thing is I cannot do this in MS
Outlook. Is there something I need to enable to auto finish in MS Outlook
too?
