Racings the pitch is normal for uppercase letters. You can change how this
works in the speech and sounds manager if you do not like it.

Hi list
I just want to know if the JAWS speaking not in a higher pitch when I’m
reading big letters is a normal behavior of JAWS in MS outlook. I don’t
remember that I made any settings like this here. I don’t know if the
letters I type are really in capital form.
