MS Outlook

Hiya listers,
Am recently a fulltime converter of MS Outlook and want to know does anyone
else have problems with Jaws reading the folder list on main current view?,
sometimes Jaws reads it all othertimes it doesn't. I'm running MS Outlook 2002
and Jaws 7.1.
Also if anyone here's very familiar with outlook and can also help me with
creating new folders etc I would appreciative if you can write to me off list

For some reason when I created folders in my inbox and transferred emails there
I couldn't reply to these emails directly from that folder. As good as MS
Outlook is sometime with all these wonderful options one needs to be a rocket
scientist to work them out especially when we rely on Jaws that sometimes reads
tabs and options in MS Outlook and sometimes it doesn't
