Probably - contact one of the RISC OS suppliers eg. CJE Micro's, APDL
or even Castle Technology. 

I've been using an optical mouse now for some years. All seem to be
fitted with a scroll wheel - makes browsing easier I suppose but you
do get use to them. Clicking the scroll wheel becomes almost as
natural as clicking a button.
