I've found the "paper tape" option very useful; it's a menu option
(like the larger calculators with more features) which just sits as a
menu item until you turn it on.

That said, a lot of the other features (like showing the entire
equation on the display) sound like definite improvements over the
MacOS X Calculator.  It's great to see all these clever ideas being
thrown around.
