The macro can be obtained from this link:

Simply click on the "Dynamic_tic.txt" link, and cut and
paste the contents into a text file in the macro directory
under GSAK.  When run, it will open an empty "NotePad"
window, and have you cut and paste your "PQ" page from
GC.com into it.  From that point on, it will go out to your
GC.com page and retick every PQ you have shown it to tick. 
I run it about ever two weeks and haven't lost anything. 
Keep an eye out for an advanced GSAK class that SLAGA
thinking about later this spring.
