Almost always.  Sometimes that causes problems as sometimes you need to do
some homework on line.  I wish there was a way to mark caches like that.
When doing a bunch, after finding one (or not finding one), I will look at
nearby caches to decide where to go next.  I will generally read the cache
description then.
