Andrew, "Updated in the last 7 days" includes any updates and any type of log (notes, finds, temporarily unavailable, needs maintenance, etc.)) where "Found in the last 7 days" only includes finds. I run enough to keep caches within 200 miles of my zip code updated on a weekly basis.
