I'd like the macro, though that doesn't seem to be the issue here. I've
copied PQ, created a new one, and it doesn't come through. Following
Strider's suggestion I had one sent to a different e address and I got it
immediately.
I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with Charter (20 getting through their
automatic crap, 10 with a real person) They said they were going to connect
me to their "email specialist" and then the line went dead.
I'll try again this afternoon.

Joel,
One other thing to check is to insure that your PQ's are
still checked. From what I've read in the forums, GC.com is
unchecking any automatic PQ that hasn't been checked in the
last 30 days. It's their way of reducing the strain on
their PQ server. If interested, I've found a neat GSAK
Macro that will go out and retick your PQ's for you.
