Cut and paste on Windows will only transfer text, you might as well save out a text file version. As to PDF, again you'll only get text, assuming the text is not mangled.
The other route that might work (and I'm not making any promises) is HTML. There are some third party HTML import/export filters. At best you might have bold and italic info preserved.
