I am sure it is "on", I was just jesting that with updates on, you won't be passing it on in the state you received it, on any given day 50% of Windows is updated ;-)
Good point! Clearly, the trauma of trying to get Sky broadband working with Thunderbird has affected my powers of reasoning ;)
