Hi Cindy, Oh, I didn't know that size of the document was an issue. I wonder if that is specific to your e-mail service. I e-mail much larger rtf documents regularly. Oh, well. You have to do what you have to do. Well then, I'm good with title, author, and scanner and proofreader (if there is a proofreader) for each book being on one line. Works for me. Mayrie _____ From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Cindy Sent: Friday, July 31, 2009 12:20 AM To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bksvol-discuss] more recently (later at night) updated boks-being-scanned list pdated 7/30/09 Mayrie, you answered my question about skipping lines between books lines. That's easy enough to do and I'll do it while revising the being-scanned list--but unless I can understand why each part of the line, i.e., title, author, scanner and proofer should be on a separate line, I'll leave them all on the same line. If the list gets too long I won't b e able to send it to Pavi for posting. The combined wishlist and being-scanned list is already too many bytes to send as one attachment to Pavi Cindy Wish List (i.e., books wanted added to the collection) and books-being-scanned list available at sites below Wish List: https://wiki.benetech.org/display/BSO/Bookshare+Wish+List Books Being Scanned List: https://wiki.benetech.org/display/BSO/Books+Being+Scanned+List
