Most spreadsheets, Excel for sure, have a text to columns command.  The problem 
is, you have to separate what you want in each column by some distinct 
character.  If you were separating author, title, etc by something like commas 
or semicolons you could tell the text to columns dialog to separate everything 
for you, just cut from word processor and paste into spreadsheet, run text to 
columns and you've got it.  Adding all those commas or semicolons would be a 
lot of work, though.
