Hi Cindy,

Here's a thought ... If you compile the list in RTF format, and size is an 
issue, you could save it as a TXT file before e-mailing it. Then just copy the 
TXT file to the clipboard and paste it into your e-mail.

Maybe this isn't workable because of the extra step or some other reason, but 
it certainly would shorten the size of the document considerably.

  RTF files are bigger than doc files and are bigger than text files. If your 
file size is getting large, too large to email, maybe you could save it as a 
doc (word file) or a text file instead?
