Pavi wanted them as htm files so she can post them. The being-scanned list I send to the volunteer list I copy and paste in the message space and that hasn't been a problem. I originally sent Pavi my RTF files but she couldn't post them on the site. Maybe engineering can fix that problem. It was only recently that I I got a notice that the mail wasn't received because it was too large. Both lists are long, and I was sending, both at the same time. Now I send them separately and so far no problem. When I eliminate duplicates from the being-scanned list maybe it will be shorter--though kipping lines between entries might offset that. If your file size is getting large, too large to email, maybe you could save it as a doc (word file) or a text file instead? -- Jamie in Michigan Currently Reading: The Curse of the Holy Pail by Sue Ann Jaffarian See everything I've read this year at: www.michrxtech.com/books.html
