Jill, I wish we had access to what the final product looks like too, not because I have any interest in trying to read a book on my computer but because I think it woudl help us understand why things have to be done the way they have to be done. I would definitely have spent the extra time to put in all of the page numbers by hand if I had realized how awful it was going to make the book without them.
