The validator should have kept the Excellent rating.
Maybe new validators should be reminded that it's o.k.
for them to put in the rating after validating the
book--to change whatever the automatic rating was if
it's not excellent and they think the book should be
rated excellent, and that dialect of foreign words and
odd proper names don't lower an Excellent rating to
Good.
