The validator should have kept the Excellent rating. Maybe new validators should be reminded that it's o.k. for them to put in the rating after validating the book--to change whatever the automatic rating was if it's not excellent and they think the book should be rated excellent, and that dialect of foreign words and odd proper names don't lower an Excellent rating to Good.
