I too have spoken to people who chose not to renew with Bookshare, after their first subscription elapsed, which is really sad. The Fair books are bad enough, but one person was disgusted with the books that were rated Excellent, which probably should have received a Fair rating. As has been pointed out before, since submitters get the majority of the credits, they really should be encouraged to put a little more effort into their submissions.
