[bksvol-discuss] Re: books with less than excellent ratings

Rather than deleting them all, I'd like to suggest
that instead of scanning new books, people who are
interested in particular book or genre either rescan
or  validate and re-submit the Fair books in the
collection. There are still re-done (marked with BSO)
books in the admin queue already.
