Monica is absolutely correct. Reading the book is absolutely necessary to correct the kinds of errors a spell checker will not catch.
The validating process may have been different when bookshare started up. For the past five years books have been held to a much much higher standard. Only during the very early start up phase of bookshare was the bar set so low.
