Hi Monica, I agree with you about reading the entire book.
I also strip headers, read to make sure the entire book is present
correct errors like the instead of die
and I for 1
I make sure the book isn't already on bookshare
and make sure there is a title page with author and title
I make sure the series title is in parentheses with the # of which
book it is so it can be easily found
I double check the copyright to make sure its correct and not just
the publisher but really the copyright holder.
If there isn't one I add a short synopsis when uploading
and make sure all the categories are checked that the book comes under
I do more but this is things where I find errors especially if the
book isn't read all the way through to make sure it is there and to
correct small errors like 1 for I.
I also often notice the copyright holder isn't entered correctly and
have to update it.
