[wisb] Black-bellied Whistling Duck Chippewa County

Jim McCrady is reporting a Black-bellied Whistling Duck in Chippewa County,
5.7 miles N of 312/North Crossing on Hwy F.
From Hwy 312/North Crossing follow F north past Hwy 29. Continue through the
"S" curve. Once N of the curve on F look for a pond with trees in it on left.
Look for a gas pipeline on the N side of the pond. Scan pond from there. The
bird is the only duck there at present (Noon).
