It is.  I just downloaded it recently to play around with the POP server
side of things, which I thought existed.  Maybe it does.  If so, I guess
I downloaded the wrong thing, since I couldn't find any POP server stuff
in the application.  I instead used Mail Enable.  Kicks ass!
