Try logging in as the local administrator, then rename your c:\docs and
settings\jkenzig to c:\docs and settings\jkenzig_backup. Then log off as
local admin and log back in as your jkenzig (or whatever) account. See it that
does the trick. It's worked for me 2x on similar issues.

I only have the one on that machine. And then I would have to totally reset
up outlook again. Just to have it happen again...

Jim,
Have you tried a different profile? ie, log on as a different user? I
had a user who's Office was hosed...it ended up being a corrupted
profile.
