I agree.  We do have them (troublemakers) in one location.  We are not
able to get the IPRISM device to tell the difference between logins.  I
had their tech support people on the phone for most of a day, still a no
go.

We're straying off into politics here, but my recommendation would be to
take all the troublemakers from across the district and ship them to a
different school, then run that school on a stricter ruleset.
