Domain Account; No GPO preventing NTLM support; I tested several other users
and they logon fine; This user cannot logon to any NT 4.0 machine.

More details please.  Local account?  domain account? 
Is there a GPO preventing NTLM logon support?  Same
domain as the machine account?
