Are all of your DC part of the same domain? If not, you will need to set up
trusts between the 2k, and NT domains....

I have tried copying a user, renaming a user nothing works....Help!!!!! I
will probably wait one more day before I spend the money to call Microsoft.
I have too many downlevel clients.

Are the NT4 workstations in question properly joined to the 2k domain?
Is the 2k domain properly running in MIXED mode (hope you haven't hit that
