Tony, to answer this question also,

1.  press talks and menu.
2.  the first option you should come to is named speech.  You may hear
talks say "Speech, Elequents US English". Press select.
3.  Arrow down once.  If the Nokia TTS is available, you'll hear an
option for it.
4.  Press select to put a check mark beside it.
5.  Press key one to save your changes.

Now press key two to leave the talks menu.
