Oh, that's the other thing...not only are the dogs loose, but the owners act
like the park is their dog's personal potty area and they've no obligation
to pick up after the dog. If I step in anything, *someone* is going to hear
about it [read: the nearest person walking a dog]!
OK OK, I'll stop ranting now... <grin>
