Twenty-eight birders came together for today's Huntley Meadows Monday Morning
Birdwalk. We tallied 52 species with some interesting highlights. Perhaps of
greatest interest is one Cackling Goose found in a large flock of Canada Geese.
This bird was identified by its vocalization. Unfortunately, there are no
pictures. We also spotted three Barred owls, and from previous sightings,
believe these are part of three couples nesting in the park.
