Well, I had one customer last week who didn't configure a RDS profile
location for the POC so Windows 2008 R2 used the user's normal roaming
profile (which was setup in ADUC). The profiles would become corrupt and
the users no longer able to launch application off the Citrix server.
Sharing a profile between Win 7 and RDS is a baaaad.

Corrupt Roaming Profiles? Why I have NEVER heard of Roaming Profiles ever
becoming corrupt! <insert pure sarcasm>
There are a plethora of companies who make a boatload of money solving
issues with Roaming Profiles.
There are a plethora of ways a roaming profile can become corrupt.

Has anyone ran into roaming profiles after a couple of weeks becoming
corrupt, what could cause this.
Citrix Servers are 4.5, windows 2003 R2 SP2
Profiles are on a EMC storage device.
