The amount of crap I've had to deal with, with some computer suppliers,
has been really bad.  I hope I never, personally, get stuck with one of
these "no speak English" technical support people on the phone.

Well, we did think about it, but alas as per all things in business, time has a value attached to it. Spending days chasing after getting a £35 motherboard replaced isn't economically viable, so we just ended up binning it.


Yes, if it had have been something I'd bought myself, then it'd have been a very different story.
