Search GOOGLE for HDMI and DVD to see what is available, I bought a LG
model LST-3510A combination DVD and HDTV receiver for just under 400.00.
It has DVI, component, composite and RF outputs, the DVI and component
outputs have selectable 480,520,720 and 1080i. It upconverts DVD to and
HD resolution you want and receives all the local off air HD channels.
