Bil, I didn`t know about the "F8", I couldn`t get into Windows to do/change anything, they made me call them and say into the phone the numbers that were on the screen and then they gave me a whole list of numbers to enter into the boxes on my screen, once I did that and re-booted the computer everything came back, kind of like a "system restore", I only unchecked the ones you posted and I didn`t even have some of the ones you posted? No big deal, everythings back to poking along, Thanks for the reply, Larry E Larry Eastman American TV & Electronics Crystal River, Fl. 34428 ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bil Green" <magpulser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "Larry E" <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, February 10, 2006 12:43 PM Subject: [TechAssist] Re: Windows XP Question. > Hi Larry, > > Very sorry to hear this.
