To save the other tech's precious time, looking up fixes for others, after a fix has been sent, maybe make one post to the list that problem has been solved. May have to cut and paste the problem/fix, with Model and Chassis in Subject line with (vertical) or (sound) etc. in bracket. This leaves a nice clean message, for your database. If you want to discuss other business related subjects, such as taxes, Service charges, why not try Jeff's chat line...things are a little more laid back, and if a subject interests you, join in.
