We just had a guy that got a new TV from Sony because he pitched a
bitch..... I had originally estimated the repair, and unfortunately had a
list of parts needed (reference #'s mostly). A year later, Sony calls us to
pick up the TV for them......we do.

Boss finds parts installed, and a broken CRT.......and that assmunch gets a
NEW TV!!
Something is wrong with this world.....
