Guys...
I'll catch hell for this..but turn the coin over.
Maybe he has paid his "dues"....and found a way to turn this business into a
revenue rich operation to get him through retirement.

We all "bitch" about why we remain in this business....an why we ever
decided to get where we are today.  It's not "selling out"  It's called
"entrepreneurs".

Case in point...Look at Paul from Serviceware....he was a Technician
first....decided to package what he knew...knew how to stay on top of the
Industry, with "tip submissions" by Techs that were on the Front Line.

I don't believe he rivals Bill Gates...but all the power to him.
