I still don't know what RR's case was and I still don't know what
the details are on fast eddie trying to force Norris Sapp to repay
his cash out? However I do remember talking to you on the phone
informing you that Bill Steinberg was trying to get the FCC to
eleminate morse code to get the necessary FCC license when you
were running for his position. You thanked me and ignored my info
and it later turned out that with GMDSS becoming effective you
were proposing all R/Os should walk down the gangplanks with
our heads held high and Stanley Blumenthal and a lot of other
R/Os wouldn't have the incomes and eventually pensions we all
enjoy still today and continuing.

repay his cash-out when Norris came down with terminal cancer.
Norris, a fighter to the end, sued and won - a victory not only for
himself but for the entire ARA membership.
The point being of course is you re foolish to listen to what Schuman, who
participated in rigging ARA elections over the years, has to say about
anything.
