That's not unique. That's generally what constitutions do.

RG,
I don't deny that I gamed the system, but I had no choice.

I don't deny the need for government but it must be limited. Otherwise it
becomes a parasite that eventually kills the host. This is why socialism always
fails.

The unique thing about the government of the United States is that the
Constitution and Bill or Rights are to there to protect citizens against the
government.

Interesting side note: The Roman Republic lasted 235 years before Augustus made
himself the first Emperor. Guess how old the Republic of the United States is?

RR,

It could have come from union dues.

Let's say it did come from the companies which would
be a tax write off for them so in effect it came from the
government which is funded by the tax payers so
therefore the American tax payers paid you to sit on
a ship for six months.

RG,
So tell me. Where did the ARA get the money? Duh.

All the companies are taxed. ARA officials give some it back and the rest goes
into their pockets under the heading of 'management fees'.

RR,

Rae Echols told me ARA reimbursed the companies.

The companies pay for that, not the ARA.
