Sayeed,

I think they are already part of the Sibelius package, under Plug-ins, and I 
think submenu Notes and Rests.

If not, then you can visit the Avid web site and search for Sibelius 
plug-ins. There are dozens of them available for download, but make sure to 
read the descriptions so that you get those that are compatible with your 
version of Sibelius. These files will download with the extension .PLG. Then 
copy them to your version of this folder:

C:\Program Files\Sibelius Software\Sibelius 5\Plugins

There are subfolders under there and you can put the different plug-in files 
in whatever appropriate location you'd like, or even create your own 
subfolder.
