Yes, If it's already on two tracks, treble and bass, then it will come in on 
two tracks, and then you may need to change the clef on the bottom track.

Sibelius can also be told to split a track automatically on to a grand 
staff, and you can tell it on which note (usually C4) to break.

another question about it, just to verify this answer.
if i import the midi file that have quantized with sonar sibelius can
print it for example, in bass cleff or trebble cleff ETC?, thanks a
bunch!
