Lior, Yes very possible. However first you *must* quantize note durations and position to no less than 16th notes, and make sure to clean up any dangling ties or unusual rests. There are plug-ins that help to do this type of cleanup. Then save as a MIDI type 1 and you can import into Sibelius using the quick start dialog. There are notes in the tips and tricks on what to watch out for, and all this about quantization, so I suggest you read through them first.
