I've heard the reasons regional clubs are suffering, and most are for various
reasons. However, I haven't heard of the reason that health issues are to
blame. Now, it may be that the members are aged, their dogs are older and if
losing a dog at 9-10 years of age and the owner is in their mid/ late 70's then
I would think that combination could be the real reason. Let's face reality
here, God willing, I reach that age I would have to think long and hard about
breeding/buying a puppy and staring again.
