I have a suggestion
How about the PC covering the expenses for a Meet and Greet Day? Burgers
and Hot Dogs, Drinks, lots of info (brochures, flyers, PC info) and media
announcement? I agree the Regional members need to do the work, but it
would be nice to have a little extra humph! from above. Those clubs who have
had success with this type of activity could help with their input, what
works and what doesn't.
2 clubs per regions, those with the most need. The next 2 the following
year.
Just a thought.......keep them coming.

This is a really tough one because money is not the answer. The
regional
clubs are basically the only ones who can help themselves. The PC can
offer suggestions but in the long run the only way the regional clubs will
survive is if they increase their memberships. That has to be done on a
local
level. Being friendly to newcomers at shows and having meetings which
are
fun and interesting help a lot in getting new people involved.
