Ok there are two sides to this and yes I wholeheartedly agree with Sally that
an exhibitor should be able to change regions.
Since futurity entries close in March with the first show being in April how
would that work? As it was there was less than 4 weeks to do the catalog for
the first Region. The only judge that inconvenienced anyone was Darol White's
passing. I think most of the fancy knew well enough in advance of entry closing
that Joan Ford wasn't going to be able to judge.
