Perhaps this type of post is why Paul has left?? The personal attacks and
such still continue. I would suggest the Admin start stepping in on some
topics
much sooner. JMHO

the Board itself did not censure or remove the offender; but I let it drop
when the apology came forward.
You mistake my "tone" concerning the bylaws being broken and my stance on
that. I still remain a "touter" of the bylaws, RR and P&P. One thing I
think I'm showing compared to many constant posters on this list, is
Maturity. I'm trying to have a realistic approach and realize that
remaining in a quagmire of the past infractions is not going to help in one
of the most important jobs this new board is going to have -- REPAIRING THE
FOUL UPS generated by the past administration(s) and moving forward.
Right now the most significant thing that this membership can do is REMEMBER
why they are members of this club -- hopefully it's for the Breed. If you
love the breed, then you should be following rule number 3 -- WHATEVER IT
TAKES to get us over this hump created by the mistakes of the past and move
us on to the future.
Our National showed me something -- we have some absolutely outstanding
animals and even some outstanding people. The challenges we face in the
future are related to many things -- beyond the foulups of the past -- our
club needs new people. We need to foster younger people in the breed. If
our Juniors are any example, we could very well be in good hands -- but we
need to do things to make sure they stay and we invite more new people to
the breed.
Concerning your final paragraph regarding my "One" year, my skill to
arbitrate fairly, and committing Political suicide -- I'm fully aware of the
tenuous position I am in being number 8 for the third time in a row. Again,
if you would even question that I would be a "bobble-head" or "puppet" I
question your trust in me. Very saddening and disappointing to say the
least. As a friend I guess I'll just have to forgive you for not trusting
me or my abilities. I just want the club to move forward, learn from these
copious mistakes hopefully progress past all of these problems.
