I am not concerned about placing blame or who did what to whom. That is in the
past. The parties involved are almost to a man not on the board anymore. The
membership will always determine a way to handle any problems between board
members. It may not happen as soon as we would like but it will happen.
This lawsuit has the potential to destroy our club thru an indirect method and
the sooner this is realized by all involved the better off we will all be.
