Hey Kathy -
I am with Michael - until you stop enhancing dog coats with MOUSSE, etc, then
you really don't have a leg to stand on as far as dying goes... It is all an
enhancement - just a variation... and all illegal (that I do know for sure!)...
Thank goodness I have dogs who you can't hide anything on (except fixing tails,
