Everyone would love a National in their back yard, but there is more than just a good facility involved. There must be ample accomodations, including those that accept dogs. Because of our sins, these places are getting rare. I recall at one National finding a big pile of you-know-what right in front of the elevator door. Of course a multi-story motel is not ideal, but you get the idea. This is one reason a lot of places ask for a sizeable up-front deposit (of cash) VBG. Also a reason I do not envy the long-suffering show chairman who must sort out the facilities, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. for the rest of us. But I certainly do thank her for her efforts. Thank you Nanci Nellis. Doris E ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2007.
